Out of the box, this is the easiest platform out there. I have tested 5 - 8 of SnazzyDocs competitors, and each fell short in various ways. SnazzyDocs is a breeze to use, can do anything you need, and their support is legit THE BEST there is. Roger spent time with me troubleshooting something and figured it out! Special CSS for Shopify that none of his competitors would help me with. They go over and beyond to make sure their platform is the best for you as an individual. No headaches." 5/5 What do you like best about snazzyDocs? It worked out of the box without hassles. We have multiple team members and were able to share access to building the docs easily. There's no technical learning curve. I literally published our first docs within my first sitting, for a 10,000-strong user community. I tried other products but many were too technical, or did not have the export options we needed. It's great for building technical documentation or IT/programming documentation in particular. I searched high and low for a similar product. snazzyDocs was just what I needed and got me up and running in a very short time. Its all hosted so its set and forget!
