It's very easy to create ads using the existing templates and modifying them. At first, it was very easy to use. **What do you dislike about Snappa?** As a free user, you cannot really modify the templates. Without a pro account, you cannot really do anything. The price. **What problems is Snappa solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Snappa to easily create images and collages. It simplifies making posts and ads for companies with its existing templates. ### 2. Furthermore, it has an immaculate and easy-to-understand navigation system. Therefore, creating various designs in no time using its template and stock visuals is a great value addition to any business. **What do you dislike about Snappa?** Though it offers various templates and stock visuals, it is generic and might not suit all business needs. Another dislike part is this app is not available for mobile users as it is only accessible through web browsers. **Recommendations to others considering Snappa:** This is also great software for non-designers or someone with less experience in graphic designing. **What problems is Snappa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously I had to use complex graphic designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop even for minor or essential graphic designing-related work. I had little design experience prior to using Snappa, but this program has great ease of use. **What do you dislike about Snappa?** My only complaints about Snappa was that sometimes the program ran slowly and the system had a tendency to crash. This may have been because I had too many tabs open though. **What problems is Snappa solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using to share ads on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms without leaving Snappa. With Snappa, I can do my work more efficiently and in half the time. ### 7. Liked the simplicity and especially preferred a few months ago for making more professional / B2B type images. The edit options just made it easier to do quick things quicker. **What do you dislike about Snappa?** HATE that you can't save designs on the freemium. Though, that said, it made me convert, but then it has to work extra hard to keep me, since that's a default on other free options. Haven't seen as much product development in areas that I would have liked as much, nothing really new that wasn't there on launch that makes me think this is growing, iterating or improving - that said, it's pretty damn good if this is what you need anyway. Conversely though, Canva and others are adding quickly (sometimes stuff I don't need) but their templates have sucked me back over.
