**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

I love the ease and simplicity of SnapComms!

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

As cliche as it sounds, there is nothing I dislike about SnapComms! 

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SnapComms reinforces employee communication and engagement. If an employee may miss a piece of important piece of information this is a channel for them to see it again.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

The ease of use, this product is made to work.  It definitely provides our company with an extra layer of communication that we didn't once have.  We really like the fact that we are able to communicate with 1000 users across various devices within various locations instantly.  Although Email can achieve the same thing, SnapComm takes over the users background or produces a ticker that turns their workstation into a news network when we want them to pay attention.

The sales staff, developers, product support staff, and marketing team are also an amazing group to work with.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

That I didn’t know about this product earlier in my career. 

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

The isn’t any other competition worth evaluating. 

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communications during mission critical incidents. 

We have solved the problem of users not reading communications quick enough to avoid problems or escalation of IT incidents.

What I like most about this app is that the communication aspect is very good. There is always a way to contact someone on the app

I dislike the process I had to do when first initially downloading the app, it was many steps

The SnapComms platform is simple to use and the messages hard to miss enabling communication with staff members to be simple.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

The system requires users to go through training though no much drawbacks realized.

The best system with very responsive team and enhanced information delivery and I highly recommend it.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system ensures messages can cut through whatever staff are doing on their PCs and get immediate attention hence promoting internal communication and urgent information can be delivered easily.

I like that this software is easy to use and has a very responsive team.

This software so far their are no drawbacks realized.

The best system which is very easy to use and better for internal communication and I highly recommend it.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this software the suite of tools can be used to create campaigns that can run over a number of days to really drive home educational messages.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

The SnapComms platform is simple to use and the messages hard to miss. In an organisation that deals with mountains of complex data and information, it is refreshing to reach our employees through a crisp and attention-grabbing format that gets read and generates real conversations; an outcome we are always trying to achieve in the internal communications and employee engagement space. 
The SnapComms team have also been very responsive in dealing with questions as they arise and have actively sought feedback and taken onboard suggestions for improvement which holds great promise for the platform as it continues to evolve.


**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

The platform is exceptionally easy to use as an administrator on a desktop; however, the mobile interface could be improved from an admin user experience. I am confident that these limitations will be improved over time. 

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

Take your time to introduce SnapComms to the business, and plan carefully which messages will be delivered via SnapComms. While it has been tempting to use SnapComms more frequently, a balanced and considered approach has been extremely beneficial in ensuring that our messages have had the most impact. 

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have cut through a number of traditional views on how internal communications should be approached and the conversation that this has generated has been positive for the business. Ultimately, we want our messages to be seen and then discussed at a peer to peer level which is what SnapComms has enabled.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

The SnapComms team is very responsive. They are always quick to help with a question and find solutions with the product. The onboarding was absolutely great. They followed up, helped us form a plan, and stayed with us every step of the way.
There are so many features, so many channels, so many ways of doing things. We have been able to find a number of uses for SnapComms in ways that fit just right with our company's communication strategy. We have a wide range of employee types that utilize their screens in different capacities. We have been able to send the same message over multiple channels so that each employee has a better chance of reading and absorbing it.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

There were features we had to ask for. While I am very pleased with their response time and how quickly they were able to accommodate our requirements, some aspects of the system feel like they are still being developed.
Pulling others in our company into the content team has been a little challenging. There are so many features and possibilities; it has been difficult to figure out how we want to monitor them. New team members struggle with figuring out all the tools.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to update our internal communication strategy. We wanted something that would let us reach out to our employees on a number of levels while not just adding to our email dump. 
SnapComms has offered a wide range of tools that have helped us meet that goal. We feel that we have been able to emphasize our culture in the workspace without being too invasive in employees' natural workflow.

Very easy to use. Common sense approach.

More native support for mac. Stills works, just a little more effort.

Need channels for immediate/urgent communication. SnapComms provides channels that standout from typical communication channels.

its faster with sharing of all documents and files from pdf files,screenshots and video clips.

Reliable for creating different channels for different departments in the company.

Easy to install and configure the platform.

i did not find anything challenging while using the platform.

I like the Alerts telling me when I need to do something company wide - i.e register for open enrollment 

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

it's not very accessible to everyone. meaning i could not send a message to my co-worker through snapcom

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are trying to get mass messages out to all employees all at the same time, throughout 19 different states
