Snapcomms is easy to use and you can quickly publish items. I like the level of customization that is available.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

The snapcomms website is not very friendly on mobile devices and they haven't created a mobile app for snapcomms administrators to use when on the go.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snapcomms helps us streamline communication and get important messages out to our end-users. We are no longer having to rely on email and word of mouth to get messages out. People are responsive and quick to act.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

SnapComms is very easy to use. Intuitive UI. Creating notifications to receiving messages is very simple yet successful.  Technical support is just a click away and very quick to respond. The solution provides us with the tools to alert and notify our employees.
I also like dealing with Ellen Rollins.  She is very knowledgeable and ensures our needs are met in a very timely manner.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

I don't believe there are any downsides.

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

The Portal UI is easy to use and the notifications can be quickly created and sent.

When email goes down how do you alert your employees there is an outage? SnapComms solves this problem seamlessly. We are able to notify everyone in our company within minutes of an outage.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

Business related announcements are centrally located and easy to find in the app. Reporting of successfully delivered and read announcements. Azure AD integration. Excellent support.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

Searching for announcements is limited to the text in the title and not the text in the body of the message.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company decided to restrict Azure AD groups that could be integrated with SnapComms and their support assisted us with an AzureAD Graph API to comply with our IT Security requirements. Also working to import lists to create non-Azure AD groups for targeting eliminating the need to manually create in either AzureAD or SnapComms.

It's extremely user-friendly. We have been able to train many team members on the program and had no issues in that process.

Sometimes what you're looking for can get buried a few buttons back, but once you're used to the program there are no issues.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to easily and quickly communicate any internal messages, achievements, changes, etc. to our entire office. Both access directly to their computer and to all other screens. We've realized that our team pays more attention to the screens than flyers around the building so it has greatly benefitted communications.

No, there is nothing I dislike from SnapComms. I really enjoy their system and their customer service team.

Currently, we are not waiting for significant improvements, but we are delighted to get the new feature where you can have decision flows

Pushing out new MSI clients to users.  Would love them to auto update software.

Using Alerts to get employees to take action on initiatives  and the ability to send reminders only to those that did not complete the task.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

Snapcomms is very easy to use, I have been able to train other team members quickly. The pop-ups and ticker messages look professional and has really assisted our Trust with getting key messages out to staff with immediate effect, rather than relying on colleagues opening emails or reading newsletters.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

Not much! However, a feature I feel is missing is that I have to rely on my technical colleagues to create AD groups for targeted messages. You can make groups on Snapcomms manually, but this can be time-consuming,it would be great to be able to export a group in via CSV quickly and be able to do this myself.

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

Snapcomms is a great tool any company would benefit from procuring this tool, I would recommend undertaking the package that also includes survey tools.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We know some colleagues do not read our manual comms, etc emails and newsletters. Snapcomms forces the message to be seen, even if its just the pop up. If you title the pop up correctly you know it will get a message across or entice the user to open the message. Being able to track who has read or dismissed the messages is also really useful.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

Snapcomms is an excellent replacement for mass emails to the entire company for alerts that IT needs to communicate. We found that nearly half of our intended email audience is either not in a position to read their emails or just don't read the emails in a timely fashion. With Snapcomms, a desktop alert window will display on their desktop over all other screens or display on mobile devices in the same style. Communicating with Snapcomms ensures our message gets across to everyone in a  timely, efficient, and easily viewable manner.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

Although Snapcomms communicates in a highly efficient manner, the cost of the product might place it out of reach of smaller offices on a budget.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We noticed with email blasts to the entire company that there would always be pockets of users who never read or ignored essential emails, for whatever reason. With Snapcomms, the user needs to do nothing to receive a message. As long as you deploy the tiny Snapcomm app to all your companies devices, the employee will be guaranteed to see your message seconds after you distribute it to either a specific group or the entire company at once.

I like SnapComms the best is their wide range of services that could spread communication throughout our organization. This is good for Emergency and for the executive to convey their messages.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

Sometimes it locks the computer up coming from the snapcomms. I believe they fixed that on their new update which I did not try yet.

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

This product is very easy to use. It is cloud based, so you don't have to purchase hardware for it. It is a very easy setup, all I had to do is deployed the agent via group policy and push the notifications and screen savers.
This is good on our company which deals with HIPPA.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their customer support replies on a timely manner. Not only that but the Account rep and even the educator gave us best service when transitioning from On prem to Cloud based service.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

SnapComms allows us to communicate with our users in a very efficient and reliable way. It offers an extensive palette of tools to achieve effective and tailored communication. It can be as intrusive as needed while delivering the relevant information with ease. The reporting section is brilliant, very detailed, and valuable. The tools that SnapComms provides are straightforward to use, with easily customizable content and with an efficient targeting mechanism.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

Real-time updates from the ongoing communications are less than optimal; nevertheless, they are helpful for preliminary information about the running campaigns.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient communication during an OS migration (for example) is essential for us. SnapComms delivers just that with ease and reliably. Another use case was engaging our users to complete surveys or communicating deadlines for various activities organized in our organization. Using SnapComms allowed us to speed up the execution of some organization-wide activities, coordinate events, and alert relevant teams in case of extraordinary situations.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

I love that you can choose to position on screen: We established rules so less important stuff appears differently than time-sensitive stuff. Employees can tell which messages have urgency just by where they pop up. Also love that we can tell who has engaged and who hasn't, and we can target right down to an individual if necessary.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

Links are an unusual, light color: Our users with vision challenges say they are hard to see.

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

Don't be scared to try it on simple messages or use it to drive traffic to another info source, or even send directives to select target audiences. Let people know you've got a new tool. In our organization, people worry about viruses and phishing and hesitate to click to quickly. Let them know it's coming to ease any security concerns they might have.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees have too much email and our intranet has some challenges reaching people. With SNAP we know that the message reaches them - even if they don't check other communications vehicles.

Furthermore, we hear your concerns on the impact of current colors for users with vision challenges and we are working towards addressing this concern. In the meantime,  link colors can be adjusted as required (Display Settings -> Style) and are controlled within the content manager.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

Like most law firms or corporations, there are many communications that need to be facilitated daily, often weekly or monthly. Regular emails on a vareity of topics was commonplace at Kelley Drye before the implementation of Snapcomms. Snapcomms makes it possible for us to send monthly reminders using the tickler or more urgent messages using the pop-up screen. Overall we have reduced the number of emails that we send which, in turn reduces Inbox noise.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about the product or service.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just in time communications, reduction in the reliance on email.

We can deploy Snapcomms to all of our retail shops with automation and it is easy to manage users/groups from the portal to quickly publish an alert/messages. Overall very easy to setup alert and quickly deploy them

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

One main thing for us was the auto update of the Snapcomms application without intervention (remotely) but this has been addressed in a recent update so nothing to report!

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

If looking to manage alerts to hundreds of PC remotely then Snapcomms is the application you need to get!

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to deploy easily to a large array of PCs all over our retail estate, saves a lot of time for helpdesk but also makes sure that company communications are efficient and completed!

Snapcomms enables us to target communications based on role and location. For instance, Medical Assistants at 18th St should see these slides (as screensavers) but show different slides at other sites.

Not all of our distribution groups are supported. If not, we need to re-create them differently.

Change management is always a problem with a fast-growing company like ours. We use Snapcomms to mitigate this problem by displaying screensavers that contain updates previously taught but often forgotten.

The speed and simplicity of SnapComms.  I really like the dashboard and analytics as well.  The overall solution is as complex or simple as you need it to be.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

There's no metrics for users to click on the SnapComms ball in the tray and observe headlines that would factor into the success rates in the dashboard

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, we are able to alert end users of incidents regarding software and application outages in minutes, whereas we used to be at a minimum of 45 minutes.  Our users are now more informed sooner.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

SnapComms is an intuitive tool to reach many people across many cities to advise of critical business information relating to them.   Able to include standard templates and create lists within the tool to reach different groups of individuals for their related business has been extremely beneficial to the organization.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

Some features in the tool are not as intuitive to use, such as alignments, bullet points, font is not always consistent.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Critical information to business areas that server the public is being provided immediately right on their screen and they are not having to look into their work email to see if there is any issue being experienced, the information pops up right on their screen and they are able to advise the individual they are serving of the situation.

The platform is easy to use. Any feedback or feature requests are always considered. Over the years, quite a few features we have requested have made their way into the product.

Api access to be able to automate some of the work being done manually is only now being added to beta.

Snapcomms provides us the ability to quickly and easily communicate to our users. The various streams that can be used helps drive communication being read and avoid filling up users mailboxes.

So far, I have no issues with the service or product offered by SnapComs.

Snap Comms has allowed us to disseminate information to staff in a unique way that ensures visibility.  In addition, the RSVP and survey tools are a great add-on.

The added benefit is the detail of the reports that can be generated to ensure who is receiving messages and the ability to collate responses from surveys.

SnapComms is very easy to use and quick to access to get a message out to stakeholders quickly.

Some of the design features within SnapComms seem a bit old-fashioned.

With the addition of using the SnapComms screensavers, I am able to provide another communication touchpoint. It's also nice when other leaders in the organization see the value and request for additional communication to be pushed through this channel.

The Customer Service! We have been very busy with COVID and our Snapcomms liaisons regularly checked in to ensure we felt supported and had the tools we needed to progress in understanding and implementing the application. Always very friendly and professional, the Snapcomms team assigned to us always made themselves immediately available for further training and any questions. Training always involved detailed and easy to follow presentations, sharing of screens, friendly tips and the teams professional attitudes and expertise provided me with deeper understanding of the applications that made me passionate to use the content manager!

Nothing - always felt very important to the Snapcomms staff and find the content manager/reports very nice to use.

We reviewed multiple organisations like Snapcomms before making the decision to go with Snapcomms. 
Snapcomms was by far the most professional, prepared and supportive. Often when implementing new softwares you can feel left high and dry by the company once you have signed the contract but Snapcomms has been nothing but super supportive and always readily available for us should we have any need for further training or questions.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More engagement with staff as often important news or messages were sent to staff via email which both cluttered inboxes but went unread. With snapcomms it is a fun, succinct, visual way to grab employee attention and get our message across.
Even using the scrolling ticker for minor news such as "Staff newsletter now available on intranet" has increased readership/engagement as often people would not go looking for this information but it is super accessible via one click!

Every employee of snapcomms I have dealt with is both highly proficient and friendly. You really get a sense that you are part of a 'team' and they are motivated by your ability to use the solution you purchased. Speaking of which, compared to other providers the pricing is highly competitive and transparent; something that other providers can't always say.

We have been working with snapcomms since March, 3 months in total. As of writing this review I don't have any criticism of the solution provided, on-boarding process or customer service. All have been exceptional.

I initially reviewed snapcomms for it's emergency communication capabilities; however, subsequent exposure to available features mean that snapcomms is becoming more of an integrated tool within the City's all round communications capabilities.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

Our company has been using Snapcomms for the last 2 years and absolutely love it. The user interface is sleek and easy to use and allows us to create a company-wide screensaver that we can share across all employees in North America. We use it frequently to communicate company news, change of positions, new hires, etc.

We have only taken advantage of the alert notifications a few times, and while it does seem extremely useful, we just haven't had any major frequent uses for such functionality. We still have to try out the other features such as survey and ticker.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

It would be nice if Snapcomms could develop more functionality for end-users to configure their notification settings. For example, if a user could have Snapcomms go on "snooze" mode when a certain exe is running (such as Photoshop.exe), that would be extremely helpful.

Additionally, there have been times where the screensaver can affect performance when using high-end engineering software. It isn't drastic, and only a few users have noticed it.

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

Ensure you have an implementation strategy and that others are willing to contribute to the content on a frequent and recurring basis

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main issue was getting company news in an easy and readable format to remote employees. We have about 30+ employees across North America and we used to receive a lot of feedback that those employees didn't feel engaged or part of the company culture. A lot of them didn't know when new positions were created or when employees were promoted. 

We weren't finding much success with a company newsletter, as we would often hear that it got lost in email traffic. A company newsletter also took a tremendous amount of time to put together.

**What do you like best about SnapComms?**

The configuration of what set of images display at which location can be setup once and then an average user can change out the images as they see fit. I only ever have to login to see if there are product updates to deploy. We can re-image a kiosk and then deploy the SnapComms client again and it will immediately start working because the user and computer management in the web portal is so good. We have a person at Corporate and someone at each facility that adds images to the screensaver and they never have an issue with it.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

We currently do not have any issues with SnapComms or have anything we dislike. It works great.

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

There is nothing better out there especially at this price point! The management is easy and the content is easy for anybody to add.

We had a small issue with some of our devices locking up while the images where playing, but we sent the error to the SnapComms team. They found the issue and released a patch to fix it!

I dislike that we have to use several workarounds for features that do not exist in SnapComms yet, or do not work fully. Examples: archive messages without having to leave them published indefinitely, print/PDF messages, get notified via email about SnapComms survey responses.

Our email campaigns were only getting 40-50% read rates.  Our SnapComms have all had 80-95%.
We were unable to share videos, animations, and surveys directly in our emails, which we can now do with SnapComms.

Struggling to think of a genuine dislike.    Just asked my IT team if they had anything and there was not a single thing we disliked about it.

SnapComms staff are extremly helpful with everything.  Our experience from our initial sales request, through Implementation and then used in Production has been nothing short of amazing.   We deal with a large number of software vendors (80+) and SnapComms are streets ahead with Sales and Support.

**What problems is SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have trouble communicating system outages to users, large emails just wasn't cutting it.    We were implementing a new corporate system and as it was being built from scratch there were frequent outages.  SnapComms eased our pain, and our users, considerably -  we didn't clog up staff inboxes with repetitive emails and we could target users who were active (eg staff on leave didn't have to return to an inbox full of irrelevant messages).

The alerts and tickers are mainly used in my organization.  It allows communication of information directly on the screen.  Many users are not checking their emails regularly and therefore not receive important information promptly.  SnapComm resolved this issue.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

I found the video alerts are the only issue I've ever had with this system.  Primarily because the video we posted is from internal Office 365 apps and required users to authenticate before seeing the content.  As opposed to Youtube videos work without issue.

**Recommendations to others considering SnapComms:**

Identify content contributors who will provide the information to be shared on a regular basis.  Don't worry about if the information you are sharing seems redundant (i.e, the info was shared via email).  Important information should be shared multiple times and via multiple channels.  Also, encourage those who are always on the go to download the mobile app to stay in the loop of alerts.

Communication!  We are striving to improve communication across the organization and with SnapComm it offers multiple channels to do this besides just email.

Not only does SnapComms prevent important messages from getting lost in inboxes, it allows us to embed videos and other multimedia content to provide clean-looking messages with depth of information. Not only do the various message formats/channels provide an array of options, but sophisticated scheduling and targeting make messages easy to manage and ensure receipt - as well as avoid bothering people who don't need to see the message. Support has been excellent. We haven't had any bugs or issues, but our CSM has devoted a lot of time to making sure we are well trained and taking full advantage of SnapComms.

**What do you dislike about SnapComms?**

They didn't insist on a physical visit to New Zealand for training. :)

Reaching employees with important messages when emails wouldn't be read; more engaging and rich content in messages than is possible by email; auditing which users have been reached.

The ability to schedule alerts for different timeframes and schedules, as well as audiences.

The system can be quite clunky and doesn't allow for customisation of the pop-up alert (it always has the Read now and Read later buttons). It would be good to be able to just have the pop-up as an image that says "click here" (by our designer) and clicking on the image opens the alert. The new preview function has been a bit buggy as well.

Communicating effectively with staff about significant issues, as well as using it to educate staff on bite-sized IT related learnings. It's great to be able to target a specific office location as well, when there is an issue that only impacts one region.

It is a program with a very friendly interface, a simple but elegant design, easy to use and configure, does not require learning curve, allows to increase communication between employees of your company with human resources staff. With this tool you can create browser-based content to design and send important messages to the device of employees anywhere, has different form of implementations installed (Mac and Windows), in the cloud, SaaS, web, mobile: native iOS and 
of Android. A highlight of this program is the panic button that allows users to transmit emergency situations and the information sheet that facilitates the creation of a high quality and attractive internal newsletter, which will be displayed as a pop-up window on the screen of the devices where users have their accounts, thus ensuring visualization by employees.

It is very functional, however I would like to be able to visualize a function of the database of the employees and not have to filter them through the users, in order to send messages, circulars to certain departments in a simpler way, because as a food processing plant, when the production lines enter mandatory stop for maintenance would be convenient only pass those information to the members of production and not the rest of the employees.

This program facilitates or expands the channels of communication between human resources departments with the rest of the employees of the companies, so it is excellent to disseminate information therefore we have been allowed to publish notifications of emerging alert directly in the device of the user in addition to collect information of interest to the management of personnel through questionnaires and surveys.  In addition to allowing us to implement throughout the company the corporate screensaver installed in all the devices of our factory, is a great communication tool so it is of vital importance in the good performance and communication flow between employees.
