Snap! Raise is not the most user friendly for all socioeconomic groups. At the end of the day, families have to have connections to people that would be able to donate. Depending on what activities / hobbies / jobs as family has, this may be easy or difficult for them. Some families don't have 20 contacts they can list, asking for a donation. The representative in our Houston/Conroe area was not great. No energy, didn't tell what the goal was or why we were even there. Not much personality for the kids to be interested in joining. Not much incentives. Didn't really go into the email side of things. In general, we had to fill in missing information from her presentation. So it was not as effective as the previous year.
