**What do you like best about Snap Projections?**

Snap is so well designed and easy to learn that I share my screen and build multiple plans with my clients.  This sets me apart from other planners and my clients actually stick to the plan because they thoroughly understand it.

Being a new financial planner, I have had a few questions along the way.  The staff at Snap routinely respond with a clear solution to my problem within hours.  Exceptional customer service.

**What do you dislike about Snap Projections?**

I have yet to find a significant weakness with Snap.  One suggestion I have made is the ability to organize clients into groups rather than have them on one big list.  The staff have responded saying that this feature is coming in the near future.

**What problems is Snap Projections solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a flat-fee financial planner and investment mentor for DIY investors.  What most DIY investors lack is access to powerful financial planning software.  Snap allows me to build out a complete financial plan with my clients and to see how various financial decisions might play out over time - enormously valuable.
