That I can find all I need in one package of software is what I really like the most.
In Snap software, I'm able to engineer and program the questionnaires, integrate it into my database of customers, and distribute invitations, charts, and reports to my base. It's all turn-key in that everything I'd already put in anyway churns out the above by default. Not to mention that I don't need to worry about tinkering with how it interfaces across tablets, mobile phones, and desktops. That's taken care of too.
What do you dislike?
There are a TON of features in this software, so it can be overwhelming. There's a steep learning curve, which means you'll probably feel like you're taking longer to do it the new way than your old way. But stick with it and you're using all ten fingers rather than how most people do it with just their thumbs.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Definitely worth using but count the cost before you dive in.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In my capacity as a niche developer panning for new niches and narrowing down our target markets as an independent contractor, compared with other survey options I prefer Snap overall.
