I needed to replace Greenshot (which is now not supported) and SnagIt is what is being offered by my company. I appreciate very much that everything that Greenshot did, so does SnagIt, because that functionality is essential (automatic editing after a screenshot, multiple output actions, ability to mark-up the images...), I use it daily, it's a core utility for me. **What do you dislike about Snagit?** It's buggy. More than once the Editor started in a bad status, so I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete and kill the process. It's also.... a bit awkward to use? Honestly, I found Greenshot to be much more usable, SnagIt's user interface in the Editor is bulky and can use some slimming. I don't dislike SnagIt, it definitely has everything I need. **What problems is Snagit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need the ability to quickly take screenshots and edit them. ### 3. When it worked, I used it a dozen times per day. I also like the integration with Screencast and sharing video. **What do you dislike about Snagit?** I have been a Snagit user for a number of years. The capture device creates errors on my computer and support was not able to fix it. They have completely ignored my follow up request, which leave Snagit capture not functional.
