What do you like best?

What do you like best?

- Helps you to get the insights of ones business, with its improved dashboard.

- it is the well-managed, scalable and reliable email delivery system.

- they do have best reporting system which uses the graphical interpretation.

- Transactional email tracking has become so simple and efficient with this.

- We do experience high no of bounce backs sometime, but that happens little often.

- As, its not so frequent, rest of the things are good

This application is really worth considering, the application can manage things for which you don't need to write special algorithm and add extra overhead. - Our business needs a system which takes no overhead to use it, no special requirement for skilled specialist always siting and monitoring it.

- This saves a Hugh amount for hiring specialist for this work as this application can do all work.

- It also allows to merge different IPs with same mailing servers. which is the scenario in my business case.

What do you like best?

* Easy to configure nature makes this application very user friendly. Best piece of work in UI & UX. Developers out there would really love as the dashboard is well organised with controls being easily accessible.

* Graphical representation gives intuitive insight about the usage.

* Application servers are spread over different region hence the they are always online servers less change of bounce back.

* They should provide some benefit in their subscription plans, for the ones who has been using this application since long.

What do you like best?

- Best reliable and trackable email delivery platform for any business, really serves the marketing purpose.

- Online support team is available 24/7, you can expect quick reply and resolution to your problem.

- Since its a web based interface you can easily integrate it with your existing system where you may be using shared IPs, Also they don't have any specific software and hardware dependency.

What do you like best?

Our several hundred users need to be able to reliably send 10000s of emails per month from our product. Prior to using SMTP2GO we had ongoing issues with both speed of delivery and reliability. SMTP2GO has given us easy to use tools to properly set up properly with DNS records etc so that now we have close to 100% reliability and has allowed us to offer a completely seamless email feature for our customers. It took a while to fully understand the correct way to set up Sender Domains etc, but once we got our heads around how it was easy enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

This application really does what it is made for, offers email tracking feature which much needed for the business to run smoothly. They have good no. of

They do have good costumer service and support which will resolve your queries in time .

You won't any difficulty in settings and configuration as they can be easily managed from dashboard section, in other software you really a lot issues

As they have many server you will always be running your business smoothly and they are system independent. Hence they are powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

All of a sudden sometimes quite large no of bounce back is experienced, and alerting sometimes fails to show up any notification.

Spam detection feature needs to be worked on, as they sometime won't detect what is called spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If your business really needs bulk emailing and advertising, this application is surely the right one for you. They have all you need, as their are very few application which can offer such quality service and with such loaded features.

The subscription is not too costly you can go for this surely.

What do you like best?

Using SMTP2GO is very easy. We literally just needed to add in the required SMTP details and its ready to go.

For the ease of setup, to actually sending out emails, its value is very attractive for us.

Once we send out emails, it provides real time data on what we sent out and success information, allowing us to debug any issues quickly.

It just works. There isn't any fuss, to see if things are working. It works quite easily. I've worked on several projects that require sending mass notifications/frequent notifications, and find that smtp2go is the best value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are several features missing that I think other mail providers (mailchimp, mandrill) provides.

- Email preview is missing in your product. There isn't a way for me to see what was actually sent to the customer (mandrill has this covered)

- No email template feature - I really like this in mandrill/mailchimp, as it seperates out the whole email design mechanism and our integration. We can build this into our framework, but thats where the give and take comes along. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the main things we use SMTP2GO is for notifications and alerts to customers and vendors. It has worked without any issues right at the get go.

There are occations when we need to blast out to our current customers of issues/problems with services when there are certain disruptions to services. What do you like best?

SMTP2GO is everything you could possibly want from an email provider. The SMTP2GO service is fast and easy to setup. Over the years I have been with SMTP2GO, I cannot recall a single technical issue, downtime or deliverability problem.

The user interface is simple and straightforward. It is not over complicated. There are no excessive menus or fancy effects. It is clean, functional and intuitive.

The pricing structure is simple and fair. There is a free service for new users, with no strings attached, and a premium service for higher volume users like myself. SMTP2GO charge you simply on the number of emails you send. They don't try to catch you out with silly rules like per domain charges, or per contact list, or anything like that. It's straight forward billing.

The customer service is fantastic. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences from all of the providers I work with. Over the years we have experienced a few issues with our website. SMTP2GO got in touch with us to warn us of the unusual activity. Rather than suspending our account SMTP2GO quickly helped us resolve the problem. They have been very patient when we have been too busy to respond fast, and they have responded almost instantly when we have needed their help. When our phone calls have disconnected, they have called me back instantly. This company clearly puts customer service front and centre.

I can say with all honesty, SMTP2GO is one of the finest businesses we work with. We work with 3 different email partners for various different solutions (notifications, marketing, etc). If SMTP2GO offered more services, I'd switch over in a heartbeat.

Please do not change. Your simple interface, straightforward service and hassle free customer service is a breath of fresh air in the often over complicated world of IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about SMTP2GO. The interface is plain and simple. Some people will look for things to improve, just for the sake of it. Some people see simple as "bare" or lacking in features. I see simple as the most effective way for a professional to get their work done without dither, delay or hassle. What do you like best?

The support offered by SMTP2Go is exceptional, very personable and they have regional support. This allows us to contact them in a timezone that works for us and get a timely response, important especially when we're having mailing issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The dashboard is really well set out, its easy to read and navigate. The service is very flexible and will fit just about any requirement. You can have multiple admin accounts which is very handy for large environments or to increase security, they also support 2FA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have no real dislikes with the service, the only time I have had a problem is during an outage but these are few and far between and notifications and updates are sent out very quickly.

Most of these have different setup options for SMTP, some only use port 25 other don't allow you to use authenticated servers. SMTP2go is really flexible and has options to suit all of these. I was looking for an smtp provider to handle bulk mail. The provider had to be both reliable and affordable, and had to have (and maintain) a good reputation to avoid my campaigns being rejected as spam. After some poor experiences with other providers, I found SMTP2GO. I live and work in Belgium (Europe). SMTP2GO is based in New Zealand, and at first it seemed a bit ridiculous to go with an smtp provider at the other side of the world. Truth is, distance has never been a problem. It's a digital world, after all. Working with SMTP2Go has allowed me to cut expenses, and to avoid hassle and down time. What do you like best?

The service was simple to set up and has not required ammending since implimentation.

A key requirements:

A simple SMTP relay service that is readily avalible and will not experience downtime of longer than 24hours.

Automatically send invoices to a specific email address.

For me the requirement was simple and SMTP2go forfills both perfectly.

We are coming up to running now for 2+ years and have not experienced significant downtime at all.

A feature i love is the alerts/billing alerts when emails are approaching the limit/half way through ETC.

This means that i literally never have to login if i do not want to and only access the account if there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Features that I have massivly disliked have been ammended and improved. For example the menus have been updated slightly and you can now collapse some menus.

We are using SMTP to go as a simple relay service for a non-criticle email application. There is not much there that we can dislike :)

I did dislike so of the marketing emails as our company is not in the market for addittional services - howevre i have since unsubscribed and they have stopped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using SMTP 2 go as a simple relay solution to sit inbetween a third party non-criticle application (the emails have up to 24hours to be sent) and our office 365.

After initial set-up the product has required little interaction

This is as i expected..... If it did require constant downtime and maintenance - we would have cancelled a long time ago.

Excellent deliverability. Never had any issues. Emails were always delivered.I don't think there was a single instance where we had a client complain. It was easy to set up with our email software. We easily created user accounts in the control panel and then just simply set the outgoing server and user account details in our invoicing software and it worked out of the box. What do you like best?

I like the ease of adding new users in a very short time. The multiple ports and protocols are a big pro. Also the stats / reports are nice to have.

They notify and think with you when they detect a spam pike from a certain domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I experienced problems with sending mail from my own server. Often they didn't arrive. Therefore I wanted to have a solid worry-free, reliable solution for sending mail instead of configuring and maintain a smtp-server myself. The quality is very good for the prices. Many ISP place restrictions on outgoing mail, either in terms of email volume within a certain timeframe or attachment size. SMTP2GO lets us get round this issue. Surely go for this service, you won't regret. If you want you guys can try the unpaid version, it also has some of the basic functionality. You will sure get its paid subscription. its worth it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Currently we use SMTP2Go for sending mails for the registration done on our site. The automatic mailer service is so helpful, no need of overhead task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We migrated from an on premise email server to SMTP2GO a couple of years ago now. We write town and parish council software and wanted a cloud service that allowed our users to email out documents and files from our Software as a Service solution. Keep up the good work SMTP2GO and we look forward to the seeing new features and services moving forward in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

At the moment we are struggling to find to many issues with the service. One think that was a little frustrating was the changing of the records that needed to be adding. We deal with various IT Departments, that are not always willing or helpful. Once we'd got them to update the domain records once, which in some instances takes a while, to get them to go through the 2nd lot of changes for the same service has proved difficult for some. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With the solution that we have through SMTP2GO, this has allowed us to easily manage and setup existing clients and have also now included the email delivery service as standard with new clients moving forward. Another huge benefit that our customers are experiencing since we moved our service over, is that the they now have the ability to send emails from their own domain. This has had not only a huge impact on the providing professional email functionality within all of our modules, but it with users being able to use of their existing emails to now send out from has been very well received from our previous clients.
