What a fantastic organization with a great product. This service takes all the guess work, worry and risk out of managing important email delivery. I really don't know what we would do if we needed to constantly chase email delivery issues and constantly have to deal with new black lists and overzealous Anti-SPAM services on the recipient's side. Sometimes there are rogue events or situations caused by an end user that generates a number of nonsense emails that chew thru the monthly subscription. I would like better controls over this situation, maybe even an early warning triggering of some type that would alert our systems managers to look into a situation and I would also like a way to see if we can receive grace if there is an event like that and reset our usage counter. After many years developing websites for people, one of the greatest sticking points has been email deliverability from the websites. It is a source of frustration when customers complain about non delivered emails and trying to explain the (sometimes) complex reasons why.

We have deployed SMTP2Go as our SMTP relay for some custome in-house applications. The setup and management is very easy and straighforward and it provide enough granulity in configuration to meet our business and regulatory needs. We really enjoy the account configuration which you can specify different disclaimer and archiving (Compliance BCC ) for each account to meet different requirements for each business unit. The reporting seems very robust and the email notification about the bounce back remove a lot of admin work to keep our list up to date. As an developer for a plansystem for service companies we are sending 10k e-mails each month. Delivery succes is extremely high. Via the API everything can be configurated. Because of that it's easy the implement in my webapplication. Also the webhook is showing a lot of tracking information. Based on templates it's easy to send bulk e-mail.
If you have a question the live chat support is fast. You will get response during the day almost immediatly.

Easy integration with Plesk. You need to verify senders to send your messages spam free, but it's a lot of work to change all DNS settings for it, if you have a lot of domains as senders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As our company is providing both email accounts and voicemail to email, using a service that we can rely on a daily basis was our priority. We tried other solutions in the past from our own infrastructure to competitors, but the bottom line was that SMTP2GO was able to deliver both our email and voicemail to email 100% of the time. SMTP2GO a few years back had minor issues with bounce back emails but we were able with the help of support to rapidly find a solution that still work today. As we were using the service to deliver email from a cPanel server, we had to change a few line of code in Exim but the tutorials were very helpful in the end.
