What I like best about SMTP.com is that I don't have to worry about junky and spammy websites causing the shared IP address to get penalized. That was the most critical factor for me when it came to me choosing SMTP.com over a competitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The two main dislikes I have at the moment are that SMTP.com doesn't have a more affordable plan, and it does go down for a few minutes every few months or so, which could equate to lost leads.
I don't expect it to have a free version, but a plan for light use would be nice, as I don't think I will ever generate more than 1,000 emails in a month.
Overall I don't think anyone can go wrong with signing up and incorporating SMTP.com into their website's tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
