**What do you like best about SMSPortal?**

TotalSend focuses not just on offering resources that let you design visually engaging forms, emails, etc, but it also sets offers tips and resources to help increase opt ins, website traffic, sales conversions, etc.

**What do you dislike about SMSPortal?**

The price could be smaller for the small business owner. I slow paced plan of action would be helpful

**What problems is SMSPortal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging customers and potential customers, closing sales, less shopping carts abandoned
