**What do you like best about SMS TitleExpress?**

simple to work up a HUD/CD but that was the extent. Kept everything in alphabetical order when saved in the file

**What do you dislike about SMS TitleExpress?**

Everything else.  Can only open one file at a time.  No fedex or Certifid integrated in the system.  Couldn't add drop a file into an email.

**Recommendations to others considering SMS TitleExpress:**

Until Titleexpress undates and integrates more items to help with flow of work, they will be stuck

**What problems is SMS TitleExpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since switching to Softpro everything is of easy to keep track of where as TSS was not so easy and you had to create tasks to complete
