There are many things I can say I like about SMS-Magic. Their customer service has been superb. They even helped me setup the integrations within Zoho CRM. That we are unable to edit the licenses assigned to users from a report that shows more than 5 people at a time. The window is too small on Salesforce. I do not think this is a direct reflection of SMS Magic but there are some processes that are a little more difficult that I would like it to be. Some of the authorization processes can be cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use with Litify. We can message the clients individually through their case as well as send out mass messages to everyone. It is easy to use and works most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
