**What do you like best about SMS-iT?**

email and sms system is good.There is also pipeline to automated the sales work.

**What do you dislike about SMS-iT?**

There are some feature that does not work at all. Feature  like power dailer, Receptionists IVR, boardcast, etc

**What problems is SMS-iT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New users have difficult to learn the UI. Lack of documentations.ease to understand the documentation. lack in support.
