It has the ability to take generic emails and spice them up using graphics, buttons, color, and images. Smore makes it really easy to load in pre-ade lists of email addresses so that you can target your email to the right audience. The best feature that Smore offers is its pre-made templates. Smore has templates with different colors, layouts, and even offers different background images depending on the upcoming holiday or time of year. The templates that Smore offers makes it easy to quickly create and send a visually-appealing email. Even better is the fact that Smore saves templates from emails you've already made, making it easy to dial-in a design you like and make a quick change before sending. **What do you dislike about Smore?** Smore thrives when it comes to simplicity with email marketing. However, its simplicity means it has some limitations. For example, to my knowledge, custom HTML can't be added to the emails. Additionally, if you opt to use the free version, you're limited to just three emails total. These emails you send will also be lower-quality and slightly blurry—Smore only allows you to send high-quality emails once you upgrade. **What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Smore has made sending staff emails more engaging than before. When I send out an email with Smore, I can even track the delivered rate and the open rate, making it easy to gauge awareness of the information I'm sending out. Smore has also made it easier to separate different types of information in emails; having colored buttons and images makes it easier for readers to quickly skim the email and find the content that they're looking for. ### 2. I can even embedded my google sheet link so staff can just click and go. **What do you dislike about Smore?** That more users are not allowed. Currently, when I send flyers, it has to say it came from someone else in our agency. I do wish smore had its own data collection. **Recommendations to others considering Smore:** I believe that you will get plenty of use from smore for advertising! **What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use smore most to get PD events out there and to advertise our Staff meetings. The only problem we really have is not enough users. ### 3. I love the fact that the set up is simple without a barrage of overwhelming options. My students always choose this software over Canva or Adobe Spark because it’s easy to navigate **What do you dislike about Smore?** Free accounts are limited to three flyers. I workaround this by downloading copies of flyers I will use regularly and editing the template **What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use S’more for my parent newsletter and encourage students to use it ### 5.
