The Billing app is the worst we have ever worked with. It is not capable of doing the most basic things. Our staff and clients find it significantly lacking. We've been promised that many improvements are coming, but it's been months. In the meantime, we've had to hire additional staff to take care of billing because their app and process is so poor. have to apply many "workarounds" and extra analysis/steps to produce and monitor bills.
