What do you like best about Smokeball?

Intuitive and easy to use. It links to email, auto generates captions, saves contacts, and has a ton of litigation forms. When I was first starting, customer support would always help me with my questions about how to use it. I use it all day every day. It easily integrates with Outlook and was easy to implement. What do you dislike about Smokeball?

I wish I could save PDF files direct from SB like a download, which might be possible, but I haven't figured it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smokeball?

Smokeball is incredibly user friendly. They also have a fantastic training that allows you to tailor to your firms needs. Complete integration with my desktop and software allowing smooth workflow. What do you like best about Smokeball?

Smokeball's excellent drafting functionality for concisely summarizing matters is extremely useful, especially when drafting basic motions requiring basic data input and form-filling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smokeball?

Smokeball is not capable of processes requiring anything beyond exigesis or quantum analytical reasoning. Smokeball cannot synthesize legal theories or suggest creative solutions to a complicated legal matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Archie was a better AI source. I have had problems with it. It does not do a great job of summarizing deposition transcripts. I find ChatGPT to be more helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the many great things about Archie AI is that it's integrated into your instance of Smokeball so it's secure and can produce accurate results with the right prompting. What do you like best about Smokeball?

Keeping track of cases, clients, and statutes has been a breeze with this software. Can't remember how he managed without it before. Lots of helpful tools to successfully manage all stages of a file: from sol reminders, intakes, and tasks. We've had to contact customer service on occasion but they were always eager to please and resolved our issues immediately. Highly recommended to use for any area of law.
