What do you like best about Smokeball?

Smokeball is great at keeping the office organized and storing all of the critical information in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smokeball?

It's bothersome that when viewing calendars, it shows a list of all former staff and that those names cannot be hidden. Also, when you onboard users that are hired for specific roles and you only want them to have access to certain types of matters, there's no way to do that in large quantities. You need to open each matter/lead and adjust permissions there. This is an impossible task when there's over 10,000 leads and matters combined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smokeball?

The fact that I can no longer sort matters by tags. This is a real probem and I have asked for it to be changed before. I dont want to have to runa report to sort by tag, in the same way that we can sort the matter list via other fields, we should be able to do the same with tags. My office relies on tags and we have built our orgainization process around the tags, to have the sort by option removed is not good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
