We've used SmithBrown off and on since 2013 to help us with content, marketing automation, and PR. Kara and her team helped us build a strategy that encompasses our PR needs, newsletters, and content so that we aren’t missing crucial opportunities to connect with customers. 

**What do you like best about SmithBrown Marketing?**

The quick turn-around. SmithBrown Marketing is proactive and gets the work done fast. Although we try to stay ahead of schedule, there are times when a press release or newsletter deadline slips through the cracks on our end and we need to outsource the task to get it done quickly. SmithBrown is my go-to because they understand our voice and brand, and have the ability to quickly respond to our content needs.

**What do you dislike about SmithBrown Marketing?**

They are no longer headquartered in Chicago.
