Smith.ai I like it because it's a live chat on my website to improve customer service and engagement. With chat, my clients can easily and quickly communicate with my business in real time, which helps me provide immediate assistance and respond to their requests.

However Smith.ai live chat is a great tool, but there are some areas for improvements. I didn't like this confusion, for example, some chatbot answers are not related to the client's question.

Chat is not bad but chat agents can't answer some of my clients ' technical questions it would be nice to sort out this error
