Smeiva is shift scheduling for cafés, bistros, bars and restaurants. Plan the week from a template and everyone has their shifts on their phone. When someone drops out, they release the shift, a colleague picks it up and you just approve. Attendance shows planned versus actual hours, with a payroll estimate on top. Opening and closing checklists are ticked off with photos, so you know the place is closed even when you are not there.
