**What do you like best about SMAX?**

This application can be used to raise request and solving problem using request I'd and also we can track request anytime. This application can be used to raise request for any group.

**What do you dislike about SMAX?**

This application is very slow and performance is not as per acceptation. It consumes memory alot. We can not use this application for any different purpose. Also very slow application to respond.

**Recommendations to others considering SMAX:**

Good application for track

**What problems is SMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using this application for solving client queries and also reply to the clients. I am also using this application to track user request and interact with the user.
