**What do you like best about Smash?**

the possibility of being able to attach up to 2 GB for free, quickly, with a duration of 7 days

**What do you dislike about Smash?**

7 days in small, also Plug-in Outlook. no gmail

**What problems is Smash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I send large files, without necessarily having to have the attachment to the email, I use it especially for work

**What do you like best about Smash?**

- They've separated the features of different plans smartly under security, storage according to this in different section
- Uploading the files & folders are easy to upload and process

**What do you dislike about Smash?**

- It takes more time in uploading and sending the folder (of 1 GB) through email
- It doesn't win the trust after visiting the website homepage. They just mention 'UPload on your own risk' but never shows how many people they've helped and how many customers trust them
- It just don't show clearly what the user will get after upgrading. They should put the brands they helped and the customers they helped before on front page.

**What problems is Smash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending big files like zoom recordings to participants but it takes more time instead the SendBig tool does fast I think so.
