It is really inconvenient that you can't edit a document in Smartvault, but instead have to download it, edit it, and then redupload it. When multiple people are working on things it can create issues with duplicate copies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our firm relies heavily on teamwork and SmartVault has made that possible for us and our clients. We love that we are able to access and share documents no matter where we are in the world.
