The ease of which it is to use, the desktop application, the ability to drag in entire folder trees for uploading to client portals, the ability to custom secure folders by the user. It is great for us as we have multiple clients of which need multiple people / vendors to have access to their info but not have access to EVERYTHING. The pop-up to the desktop app is a little annoying as we run SmartVault on our Windows Virtual Desktop Environment; the pop-up happens to everyone, regardless of usage. Smartvault is very easy to use. It has a lot of features which is useful for my company. I also like the high security it provides for the sharing platform. It's very easy to access as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
