I would not trust this software that no one uses over more reliable and proven file management products like Dropbox, etc. that are obviously being actively maintained, updated and monitored. **Recommendations to others considering SmartVault:** Don't. **What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** My accountant sent it to me to use. ### 2. Customer service unqualified to fix technical issues. No escalation mechanism. Calls not returned from the corporate office. Some features, like the Outlook add-in work on some computers but not on others. **Recommendations to others considering SmartVault:** Easy to use versatile program, but no U.S. based customer support and no technical support of any kind. You are kind of on your own. **What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** The creation of a virtual drive letter makes access to stored online documents very easy. ### 3.
