Both are useful but it seems like there should only be one which has all the features of both. **What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to store financial information for our client churches and wanted a way that was convenient and safe for us and them. We were using Google Drive but it is not secure. We learned of SmartVault so inquired to see if it would meet our needs. In the conversation with the sales rep we found out that it interfaces with Right Networks. That make the decision easy. The process of saving reports from QuickBooks in Right Networks is as seemless and easy as any Windows application can be. Further, we no longer have to notify the client churches that there reports are available since SmartVault does that for us. ### 10. Consider the number of clients, the security, and the accesses needed. **What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oh wow, we have solved the issues we have run into in the past with litigation cases where we have a significantly detailed folder structure and can upload them as is to counsel. Additionally, we are solving the necessity of multiple portals for clients who need certain parties to view SOME info but not all. ### 16. With the Pandemic and having to social distance this ability allowed me to continue to work and stay in business. **What do you dislike about SmartVault?** difficult to understand how to set functions up and utilize the more advanced features **What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** less programs I have to use to be automated, SmartVault allows me to print directly to it with little to no problems from my Tax Software, it also allows me to send out the return to be signed through DocUsign and when it's complete it uploads back to SmartVault so I don't have to. ### 33. It is a one stop shop for people to view their tax returns and documents. **What do you dislike about SmartVault?** I haven't encountered any downsides so far. **What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** In addition to viewing their current and prior year tax returns, they can view tax documents as well, which is incredibly useful. Eliminates the need for storing years of paperwork. Our clients have found it very easy to set up and use as well. Really a great product. ### 36. If a user loses the activation link, because they did not complete it right away or they lost it, there is no way to send a new link. We have to delete the user and recreate to send a new link. This is not a big issue and does not hinder my view of the software, I just hope this will be an update in the future. **What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not encountered any problems. I love the integration of Docusign and being able to use all in one platform. ### 40. If I create a sub folder for example and am moving files over i need to move them one at a time from the current file location to the new sub folder location. **What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a secure way to store our files digitally and we received it through SV.
