SmartSurvey is easy and intuitive to use. Creating a survey is easy, with lots of different options and layouts available, more than other similar survey software. building surveys is easy with a clear user interface and good control over the survey and types of questions available, of which there are many I've not used yet. The system is a straightforward platform for developing surveys. If we have had any questions the customer service team have been very helpful.
