I like that you can get a free account and can still get good detailed information in Word. My one suggestion for improvement is if you can set a limit on the number of responses. The free account only allows 100 responses per month, so if you can set that limit ahead of time, it would make it so if they are not in the first 100 that participants do not waste their time. My one suggestion for improvement is if you can set a limit on the number of responses. In terms of features, however, the only thing I would change, which I believe is being changed currently, is the ability to carry forward information to other areas of the survey. We've been using the business plan to drive insights on our customers. I really like the ease with which you can create a survey. There are lots of different question types to choose from including the all important NPS question. I find the team helpful, accomodating and so quick to respond to any technical queries I have.
