Smartsupp is a great tool for improving customer support. I like that it allows automated messages that can answer frequently asked questions, saving time. When creating automated responses (e.g., FAQ), it is possible to add a maximum of 5 questions and answers, which can be a problem if I need more.

Another disadvantage is setting the opening hours – it is not possible to set a 24/7 mode, and moreover, the times cannot be copied, so I have to enter them manually for each day.

I also found the settings for the appearance of the chat and chatbots a bit confusing. For example, when I edit the appearance of the chatbot, the automatic messages display different texts at the icon than I would expect. It might be good to better explain how the individual elements are displayed and how the difference between the chatbot and automatic message vs chat preview settings works.

We also encountered a problem with displaying Smartsupp's help through Google Tag Manager – instead of loading, it just spins a wheel and nothing appears. Another issue occurred with the installation of the Smartsupp plugin for Shoptet – even after successful login, it constantly reported an error and could not be used.
