What do you like best about SmartSuite?

I love how integrated my team can be when we work on projects together. It's really easy to delegate tasks, collaborate in real time, and work across time zones without missing notes from each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartSuite?

It's been really hard to convince my company to use SmartSuite. SmartSuite is much easier to use and more secure and encompassing than the other platforms we've been using, but trying to get an entire company to change over has been an uphill battle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some of my team is remote and some are in the office. We are all able to use SmartSuite to work together in real time, and I've found it much easier to communicate efficiently now that we're not working on one platform and communicating through another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
