I've tried a number of the big project management software tools to manage processes in our small business. Other project management solutions were too complicated and had too steep a learning curve for staff to adopt successfully. Smartsuite is by far the simplest software I've tried to implement and the easiest learning curve for staff to actually use the tool. The software is equally incredibly powerful & you can develop more complicated solutions for your workflows if you wish.
