I am working with the team to create more organization around our comms and quality checking. There are some change requests I haven't had the visibility into that I'd have liked, and I'm not sure they're used to so much hands-on action from the client, so some requests can get lost in the shuffle but they've been very open to changes to workflow and cadence.
