What I like best about SmartSites is the experience of working with Kristin. She is truly the driving force behind our successful SEO strategy and website redesign. What do you dislike about SmartSites?

If there was one downside, it would be that the actual web development and coding process took longer than expected. While Kristin and the SmartSites team were always communicative and kept us updated, the timeline for getting everything built and implemented was a bit slower than we had hoped. My advice for others working with SmartSites—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Kristin as your project manager—is to trust the process and communicate your goals clearly. We are very happy working with Richard Gedeon who is our “to go to” person for any technical assistance.

Richard is very responsive and very knowledgeable.

Chocolate chip cookie in particular 🍪 we received for holidays was 6 out of 10 😂. Others were 10/10!!!

We feel that our overall program is under total control with those two at the helm.
