I have not really found a down side to using SmartSites. Not every month is great but overall its been really good and when we have a less than spectacular month they are hard at work trying to find solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Is everything a fair statement? SmartSites, Ryan, and the team she works with has made this so easy for me. Ryan involves me when it is necessary and gets work done behind the scenes that doesn't even have to involve me!

Another thing I'd like to add is how impressed I am with the blogs they have written for us! This is one area that I was very unsure of as I am in a very niche market but every blog that the SmartSites team wrote for us was a homerun! I also appreciate that they are willing and able to make any corrections that I suggest to the blogs but to be honest, they made it so easy and did such a great job, the work on my end was minimal. I didn't love that I had to sign on for an entire year (unlike competitors), although I understand their reasoning in setting up their services in this way.
