It is approachable, yet it has a lot of functionality and integrations that make it a powerful tool for project management, database management, and other functions that take a lot of work to get Sheets or Excel to match. The online training is excellent, and the ability to collaborate, attach, and communicate works very well. Our team has found that the browser-based version works very quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate the flexibility it offers with being able to utilize different formats for different organizational needs. I also appreciate its high performance and its accessibility in terms of ease of use and learning the different features of the software. When I first onboarded to my role, I found it easy to learn how to use the software. I was a bit disappointed to find out that we are no longer able to make folders to organize sheets within our dashboard. I used this feature heavily previously and would love if it could be brought back! I like how customisable it is as you can make your own templates so the software becomes familiar. Additionally we have it integrated in our entire company workflow , so it is how we assign tasks to each other, give feedback and make project programs. Due to this it has become our source of truth on project status and is very reliable (as long as people update it of course). I don’t like the new pricing structure because it’s now difficult to collaborate with our clients and suppliers via Smart Sheets. The new payment models haven’t helped at all. I like it's convenience of being able to access everyone in the company and it's ease of use. It is a very useful, very straightforward platform and I'm glad we're able to utilize it in my company. The UI interface is easy to understand and work with. The performance of smartsheet is extremely well, though we have had a time where it had some issues, it was very short-term, and we have had no issues since. Getting onboarded with the program was extremely easy, and there is significant assistance through the company to do so. Though I have not used the AI features for the work that I do, I know that it provides a significant advantage to other services due to this access. I am unsure how much the pricing is for the program company wide, but I believe it is certainly sufficient for the benefit that it provides us. The cost is absolutely worth the benefit. SmartSheet is the easiest and most comprehensive system for sharing documents across a large work group. Our organizational structure requires different schedules for different teams and locations ranging across the state of Texas. This means we won't always be together for meetings or face-to-face interactions. SmartSheet makes is easy for us to be able to keep each other updated, without the use of antiquated or obsolote systems. SmartSheet's customizable formatting has helped us create a tool that works for sharing information across multiple teams without the need to always get on a call or email thread or find time to meet each other. I feel that the integrations within SmartSheet could be more complete. It would be great if the offloading of documents from other platforms was easier or quicker in performance. Sometimes SmartSheet's peformance can be a little slower and difficult to navigate. Overall this is a minor issue, in regards to performace issues.

The best part is how familiar it feels if you already know Excel, but it does so much more.
