What do you like best about Smartsheet?
I have been using Smartsheet for around a year, and one of the things I like most is how easy it is to use. Our team uses it extensively to manage operational projects, track activities, and automate business processes. It integrates well with other tools we use, such as Kissflow and DOMO, which has helped us build end-to-end workflows and reduce manual effort across multiple processes.
Another aspect I appreciate is its performance. Even when working with large sheets containing a significant amount of data, we have not experienced noticeable performance issues in our day-to-day work. The automation capabilities have also been very useful in reducing repetitive tasks and keeping our teams updated automatically.
The built-in AI features have been a nice addition. We have used them to help create formulas, configure automations, and build charts more quickly, which has saved time during development. Whenever we needed assistance, the Smartsheet support team was responsive and helped us resolve our queries promptly. However, There are a few areas where Smartsheet could be improved. One limitation we've experienced is the current limit on pasting data, as it only allows up to 500 rows at a time. Since our team frequently works with large datasets, importing data in multiple batches can be time-consuming. We've also noticed that, on occasion, large sheets take longer to load or open, which can impact productivity when working on time-sensitive tasks. We use Smartsheet across several projects and operational activities, and the productivity gains from automation and collaboration have made it a worthwhile ROI for our team.
Overall, Smartsheet has become one of the key platforms our team relies on for project management, collaboration, reporting, and workflow automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
