"Smartsheet Dashboards: Clear, Well-Organized, and Improved Fast from Feedback"
4/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Project dashboards and task sheets provide a great workspace with well-structured tables and clear organization. I’m also happy to see that Smartsheet continuously updates both the platform and the dashboards.

One thing I especially appreciated was how responsive they were to feedback — after I reported that some numbers in dashboard charts were overlapping and hard to read, the issue was fixed within about a month. That really impressed me. Now my project dashboards are much clearer, readable, and easier to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Sometimes backup processing can take longer than expected. Also, some of my colleagues occasionally had issues logging in, although I personally have never experienced this problem myself — just mentioning it for transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful Automation for Task Tracking, Though Adding Columns Feels Clunky"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I find Smartsheet very useful, especially because of its automation features, which I’m still getting familiar with. It’s been really helpful for tracking work and tasks without needing constant email follow-ups with everyone involved. I also like that you can attach documents to each item, which makes it even more efficient and helps keep everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Since I’m still new, I find it a bit difficult that I can’t add more than one column at a time. I’m still getting familiar with Smartsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Collaboration, but Dashboards Need Easier Navigation and More Customization"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Smartsheet is very user friendly and easy to share with collaborators to review or edit themselves. I like have different views of what to share with high level collaborators as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

I wish the Dashboard setups were a bit easier to navigate and more customizable - i.e. sharing certain lines of timelines and having more control in the manner they are pulled in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Smartsheet Boosts Team Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I think it's very user-friendly and the user interface is charming. It's easy to use, and it's nice to present to a project team. It's still easy for other people to see and understand, and they don't need to figure out many things. It's easy. The initial setup was very easy. I also like how Smartsheet ensures that the dates, tasks, and everything are managed profoundly with its planning capabilities, dependency management, and notifications which make follow-ups effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

I see AI getting improved. It would be very good if we can use it more, like if it would be easier to use and solve more problems. But other than that, I don't think it has, a big problem. Maybe dashboards can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Convenient App for all things Data"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Quick access to all your data and you are able to search for specifics with filters and the search bar function. Also adding attachments for specific lines of data comes in super handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

The load times when you are searching for a specific piece of data can take some time and in some cases when inserting data into a line if another user saves it can mess up the data that has just been input (this is rare but can happen on occassions) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smartsheet: Intuitive Spreadsheet Feel with Powerful Project Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

What I like best about Smartsheet is how it combines the familiarity of a spreadsheet with powerful project management and collaboration features. It’s intuitive to get started, but still robust enough to handle complex workflows.

In particular, the ability to automate processes, track tasks in real time, and collaborate easily with different stakeholders makes it very efficient. Features like dashboards and reporting also help turn data into clear, actionable insights, which is especially valuable for monitoring progress and supporting decision-making.

Overall, it strikes a good balance between ease of use and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

What I dislike about Smartsheet is that, while it’s powerful, it can become complex and less intuitive when you start using more advanced features. Setting up automations, formulas, or cross-sheet references often requires a bit of a learning curve.

Another drawback is that performance can slow down with large sheets or complex workflows, which can impact efficiency. The interface can also feel less user-friendly compared to more modern tools, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Significantly Boosted Efficiency with Centralized Store Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

It has increased the efficiency of the business significantly allowing us to share information with our stores in one location as well as allowing stores to fill in forms to request actions from us at support office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Updates mess with it occasionally. Table view i cannot send a single update request. i need to go back to grid view, send update request and then go back to table view if a store has entered the wrong info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Share Sheets with Helpful Guidance and Strong Project Monitoring Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

There are several tools available to help monitor a project and prepare it effectively. Each sheet you create is easy to be stored, see changes of history, but also share it to people outside the organization. Sheets can be exported. While creating a sheet, a basic guide and instructions are available on how to make most of it and structure it in a correct way. AI options are also available, however I have not yet made used of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

It is a bit hard to understand the full capacity and the difference between all the sheets that can be created. I have also tried grouping - putting sheets into specific folders, but I have faced some difficulties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Project Management & Tasks with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I love the look and feel of Smartsheet and how simple it is to create automations and workflows. Sharing is easy too. Making automations is straightforward, and the forms allow me to gather detailed information from anyone. The automations are not just for sending emails but also for sending request forms, reminders, and more. For projects, I set up automations that send emails to action owners to update their actions, which saves me from having to remind them myself. The initial setup was really easy for us. I like the fact that it has got a direct connection to PowerBI so I can create more advanced dashbaords if required. I never got any issues with the server or lagging or much of bugs it was more on the functionality that is lacking. The cost is pretty high too if we want to implement it but if the client is okay with this tool then it is a good recommendation for large and medium sized companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

I find that making the dynamic dropdown better with a better interface would be an improvement. Also, copying columns easily with the conditional formatting is an issue. I'm not able to create multiple columns at once, and I can't copy the type of the columns—I have to create it every time. There is no option of creating new workspaces with a templated version and if I need that I might have to go and create using control center which is again cost effective. "Flexible, Intuitive Tool That’s Easy to Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

The interface is intuitive and familiar, so it’s easy to adopt quickly, while still offering powerful features for collaboration and automation. I also appreciate how smooth and responsive it feels, especially when managing multiple workflows and keeping teams aligned in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

What I dislike about Smartsheet is mainly the learning curve for advanced features, the high price point for smaller teams, and an interface that feels a bit dated compared to newer tools like monday.com or Asana. Sorting and filtering settings also don’t stay saved automatically, which can be tedious when working with live data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
