It allowed me to keep a live conversation with my collaborators. Currently, I use it to share database chart info as translations, multiple information lists, then based on that create the SQL tables that I need. I also keep track of projects status. **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** When i copied a row it didn't drag the files that were in the original, so i had to attached again. I wasn't able to include images on my comments, I was only able to attach PDF files. I was not able to link it to outlook, and create my requests from there. I did not receive notification unless my collaborator tags me. **What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a place where I can see all my tasks and request from my different brands, so we could prioritize work.
