What do you like best about SmartrMail?

That it can auto generate emails based on customers search/buying history, making it more relevant and personalised to the individual customer.

It's fantastic with the way it works in my store - product images are directly inserted from the website, so I'm not having to manually upload these to construct the template.

The auto personalised email system is such a smart tool for the sole trader. It runs on auto pilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartrMail?

Recommendations to others considering SmartrMail:

It's well worth giving it a shot. Great program and customer support. Online help documentation is excellent and covers many aspects of Smartrmail. The staff are super friendly and there to help you along the way. We're both aiming for the same target which is getting the best out of your business and taking care of customers. What problems is SmartrMail solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can purely focus on my existing client base and promote what is of interest to them. Makes far more sense to look after your existing customers and provide them with special offers and promos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartrMail?

How easy it is to create text and pictures for the manual emails. I don't have a lot of technical knowledge but I am able to create useful and aesthetic emails to send out to our customers. Also the smartrmail technical support is really helpful, I had a slight issue changing the address in the standard footer of my emails. Technical support fixed it really quickly for me. What do you dislike about SmartrMail?

Some of the design, like the header and footer, needed to be done by my technical support. Perhaps this could have been made a bit easier for people with less tech knowledge. Also there were a couple of formatting glitches last time I did a manual email, just with the size/position of some text. Not sure whether this was a glitch or user error. last thing is that I have found the fonts can appear differently on different devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartrMail solving and how is that benefiting you?

The automatic emails are great once set up. It's set and forget. I like knowing that every customer receives emails without me having to do any extra work. That way I can put my time into the manual emails, where I can also track how well the email did in relation to sales. It shows me exactly which products were sold as a result of the emails. What do you like best about SmartrMail?

Love the fact I can just type in the SKU of a product and it grabs all the info for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartrMail?

That you cant change the image when you use product. In mobile view when items are in 2 or 3 columns they go to a single column, would be nice to be able to toggle on/off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
