After trialling a wide range of different mailer software, I eventually came across SmartReach and you just can't beat the open rates! My campaigns usually have a 35-70% open rate, which is fantastic. The only improvement I would make is when reviewing reports you can move the columns around so that the category you need is at the beginning, eg email opens. However, when you next go onto the campaign it bounces back to where it originally came from. It would be helpful if everything stayed where I placed it.
