Click tracking wasn't always accurate, I got more responses than were sometimes showing on my dashbaord. This made it a wee more difficult to report campaign efficacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find this platform to be a bit unprofessional. The user videos feature the Indian founder with his thick accent which is not straight forward to understand.

I notice that they are still using app passwords / 2f authentication. This will soon be dropped by Google in favour of OAuth. Any decent platform already uses OAuth and it bothers me that these guys aren't.

According to me, Smartreach seems like a powerful cold email and outreach platform with a lot of features that could be valuable for businesses like ours which can send emails in a bulk. It has features like multichannel outreach where we can reach out to a prospect through emails and LinkedIn. It has AI powered features where we can get personalised recommendations and write our emails. And as per what we have paid for this, I think we were able to generate ROI effectively. And last, but not the least the customer service is of very much helpful. Whenever I call Vijayant he's always there to help me out even in his non-working hours. I think some of the issues that I am having is with the limited reporting. In my case I need more specifics about my LinkedIn outreaches, but I am unable to get that. The reporting is however other than LinkedIn as well can be in more detailed form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SmartReach has some great functionalities that allows our sales team to keep track of contacts, leads and comms as a whole. One of the best features is the personalized mass email option that allows our team to craft messages to different prospects and sand them from our own domain. It is easy to use -- set campaigns, manage contacts, add tags to different groups, and filter prospects in general. SmartReach has a simple campaign builder, where we can quickly create templates and launch a new campaign. Unlike other tools, Smartreach has Accounts (which can have multiple contacts inside) and it pause email sending to other Account members if 1 of the contacts replies (which is a super helpful feature). It supports export from CSV, which we use a lot. And it doesn't cost a fortune - the price is reasonable. One more thing: They have a great support (sometimes they respond within 30 seconds). SmartReach has all the features we need to conduct cold email campaigns. Merged fields, click tracking, A/B testing, etc. are all there. The set-up process is easy and creating campaigns is a straightforward process.

The analytics and stats page for each campaign is a nice feature as the graphs make it easy to understand how each campaign is performing.

One feature I would like to see on SmartReach is ability to have multiple inboxes for the same campaign. In other words, to be able to send the campaign from more than one email to speed up delivery.

Additionally, campaigns are occasionally paused when bounce rate gets too high, while I acknowledge this is an anti-spam measure, I feel it is too strict as we sometimes get our campaigns paused because we are going through a new prospect list for the first time.
