Development should be invested in offering an IPhone app use. The price book could offer more standard templates for pricing planned service maintenance agreements and installation/replacement options. Every time we would get out price book the way we wanted it in Profit Rhino and export it to our main software (Service Titan), it was a disaster. Nothing would port over properly, and we would spend weeks fixing it. Support never seemed to have any real solutions on how to help with this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Time tracking system is not present. it does not manage industrial and commercial program. setup is very difficult to understand.it does not give scheduling system. sometime navigation is not easy through all the screen. it takes time to install and initial setup.
