We are now using the schedule more efficiently to manage and control our Projects. **What do you dislike about SmartPM Technologies?** With all the options that smartPM can handle, and because it is not in our priorities, creating company reports has been something that I haven't figured out yet. **What problems is SmartPM Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** SmartPM helped us to increase the quality of our schedules. The construction team was trained not only in the use of smartPM, but how to use MSProject. This has given us the chance to better control our projects. ### 4. It is quick and easy to upload your schedules into the software and, within minutes, have all of the metrics at your fingetertips. The Windows Analysis is a game changer. What used to take me weeks or months on some projects, now takes minutes or hours. I don't want to analyze any project without Smart PM anymore. **What do you dislike about SmartPM Technologies?** There are a few areas where Smart PM makes assumptions and changes dates in the schedule. I would say this is what I like the least about the program. I would rather the software tell me the assumptions it would like to make but give me the option if I want it to make the changes so I can keep the data that I import pure. I do understand that Smart PM is working on a solution to this however, so this doesn't discourage me from using the program. **What problems is SmartPM Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** Smart PM is providing schedule data analytics at our fingertips in a fraction of the time it would normally take us to produce. It allows our Schedulers to be able to take on more work because they don't need to spend as much time performing the analytics themselves. ### 5. We can view schedule quality, health, plan vs actual chart, a high-level delay chart, compression over time, and other great data in one place. **What do you dislike about SmartPM Technologies?** I dislike the schedule Gantt chart. This is something SmartPM is redeveloping but if I had to choose something this would be it. We don't use the Gantt chart much and this is a relatively minor issue because the rest of the software works so well. **What problems is SmartPM Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** SmartPM gives us a look into our project schedules to make quick assessments of risks. We also have a tool that can quickly provide a delay analysis that can be used to help explain the root causes of issues on a project. We have not used any other application that has this ability. We have many large high-risk projects and only so many schedulers to support our projects. SmartPM is helping us maximize our resources. ### 6. Also has the ability to dive deep into a single project with a multitude of analysis methods, reports, and scenarios. **What do you dislike about SmartPM Technologies?** Very few dislikes, company is responsive and implements new features regularly. Team is great to work with. Takes some time to fully learn how to build scenarios/models, but worth it to practice with rules so you can build robust scenarios and models to track against. **What problems is SmartPM Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to sort through schedules at a high level and create trends information. It is easy to get lost in the weeds on a project schedule, but SmartPM's system allows easy, straightforward analysis to help identify the big picture trends of a project schedule. ### 7.
