I like that I can see all the active Smart Passes on one screen. I also like that I can search a student by name. It's very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside of Smart Pass is that students need to have access to a computer to end the Smart Pass. Students sometimes arrive to class and their computers aren't out for use. This leads to false information and extended time on passes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your review an taking the time to send us some feedback! Based on your dislike about SmartPass, it seems Overtime Passes might be really beneficial to you. In the case where a student does not have a device handy, this feature will automatically end a pass after the timeframe you set. SmartPass offers invaluable data that isn't necessarily easily accessed with a paper pass system. The system, overall, allows the opportunity to see which students are out of class often and to address the underlying reasons for this with the outcome of-hopefully-having kids in class. Thanks for your review! I totally agree- there is no accountability when using paper passes. Accountability helps us to identify trends, attribute those trends to people, and begin to change behaviors.
