Smart Pass has cut down on office traffic so much and helped kids be more responsible for themselves for where they're supposed to be and when. I like the ability to limit number of passes and that you can temporarily close down locations. It was super easy to roll out and has an intuitive UI. Students have stayed in class more-we can see where they are and where they were which has been useful on multiple occassions. I would like averages of destinations for each student, etc. I have created my own spreadsheet to track this but I would love for it to be built into SmartPass. It's customers like you we owe a debt of gratitude to for our growth. Thanks for highlighting Emergency Mode. I could not agree more with how important this feature is for all schools. It helps administrators account all students in case of a soft lock down. I'm posting a quick link on this review to help illustrate this feature for our review readers. I appreciate the feedback regarding forgotten passes. We do have a feature that you may not know about: it's an Overtime Pass Limit. What I really like about SmartPass is the ability to have data in front of you when talking to students about their frequent pass usage. Before with paper passes there was no way to track this. SmartPass is very quick and user friendly. Kids catch on quickly because it's technology and the adults in the building find it easy to use and learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SmartPass? The only downside to SmartPass currently is that they can't develop new things fast enough. They have been working to get things done quickly but it takes time to get it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SmartPass solving and how is that benefiting you? Mointoring the hallways, and safety are the two biggest things. A side benefit is that you can show teachers and students how time out of the classroom may be affecting their grades. Accountability is key- especially when parents want to know what their students are up to! Equipping teachers with that data can make parent teacher conferences more solutions focused. We're thrilled you and the other users at your school find our product intuitive. A lot of hard work goes into keeping it that way as we add new features. As far as "not being able to develop fast enough", tell me about it!
