What do you like best about Smartly?

- Fast (I mean really fast, you get contacted in 5min) support 24/7

- Automation such as rotation of ads, budget relocation

- Creative solutions such as image and video templates

- Customer success managers are really interested in giving you the best service. They are contacting us a lot and speak to us a lot giving recommendations, auditing our accounts and giving suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartly?

The interface is counterintuitive. Sometimes I expect functions to be in one place but they are somewhere else. Sometimes functions are duplicating in two places but smartly.io knows it and plans to redo the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do Facebook performance marketing, so basically smartly helps us to do it faster and reach better results. Integration with third-party data such as Google analytics helps a lot. As Facebook support team takes ages to reply, we can get answers from smartly support in a moment. It is extremely valuable as you cannot wait for days to launch Facebook campaigns.
