What do you like best about Smartly?

The instant customer service is amazing, whenever something doesn't work or a feature is missing or not working well, the teams very frequently fix or build it within a very short time. Furthermore the automation features work very well and save us a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartly?

Small bugs in the system that don't get prioritised to get fixed. Such as bugs limiting the workflow, or Campaign creation and editing features. Such as adding or changing audiences (in bulk). Changing budgets for automated post boosting campaigns etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
