I used the integration SDK in Android, and I loved that it is easy to use, and the interface where we can see the heat maps is unique. It is elementary to use since it is very intuitive because anyone who has not used Smartlook can adapt very fast. After all, it is a very indispensable tool since it cannot help with heat maps, so we can improve the user experience to be able to pay more attention to where users use an app the most. What I did not like at all was that in iOS, we had to make some changes to make the SDK work correctly, but thanks to the documentation, we could solve that issue so that it could work on both platforms correctly.
